Key Responsibilities:

  1. Order Management:

    • Efficiently handle customer orders from initiation to completion.
    • Track and manage the status of orders in the production pipeline.
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution and delivery of orders.
  2. Customer Query Resolution:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries related to orders.
    • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer queries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
    • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments or management as needed.
  3. Production Timeline Oversight:

    • Monitor production schedules to ensure adherence to timelines.
    • Coordinate with the production team to resolve any delays or issues affecting the production schedule.
    • Update customers proactively about the status of their orders, especially in cases of delays.
  4. Order Documentation:

    • Accurately record customer orders, specifications, and preferences.
    • Maintain and update order records in the company database.
    • Ensure all order-related documentation is complete and accurate for internal processing.
  5. Customer Satisfaction:

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
    • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
    • Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  6. Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless order process.
    • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss order status, potential issues, and improvements.
    • Assist in developing strategies to optimize order processing and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, order management, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with order management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
