Desired Profile:

BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Printing technology is preferrable.

Relevant work experience of 5 to 8 years in Graphic Art Industry especially in servicing of Flexo/ Label Printing equipments

A very good knowledge of Label, Flexo printing machineries candidates is mandatory.

Excellent business communication in English & Hindi is mandatory

Candidates based out of Mumbai as job location will be Mumbai

Willing to travel extensively across India.

Deliver high level of technical service and support to both internal and external customers in installations and servicing of equipment as per the guidelines of Heidelberg/Gallus Service Department.

Support sales operation with respect to technical issues, customer complaints and sales opportunities.

Develop customer support standards by ensuring first time fix of service issues, improved customer response time and efficiently manage overall customer satisfaction.

Demonstrate leadership in developing and living up to Heidelberg’s new values (Listen, Inspire, Deliver) to optimize the results of the SSU business.

Key Responsibilities:

•Ability to understand requirements and advise technical solutions as per guidelines.

•Analyze Label machine features and install applications

•Understand customers job requirements and configure application settings efficiently.

•Analyze the nature of service assignment and close the call with minimum possible time.

•Scheduling & Planning (time-line)

•Organizing and proper usage of tools & gauges

•All planning in compliance with WIT

•Scheduling of regular PPM activities

•Analysing the nature of service assignment.

•Proper usage of documents

•Right recommendation for spare parts

•Preparation of service report

•Recommended testing procedures

•Documentation of the work done

•Timely escalation of service issues regular follow-up with all concerned and strive to bring the issues to their logical conclusion

•Promotion of service contracts. Monitoring of machines under warranty and ongoing AMC’s and take proactive steps to offer renewal of AMC’s.

•Knowledge sharing within the Service department.

•Cost control within the scope of activities & ownership for the company assets at his disposal

•Conducting technical sessions

•Gathering of market information
